With over two decades of experience, Viju has a deep understanding of what makes clients tick and how to guide them along increasingly innovative and digital journeys.

His approach to any creative solution starts from his mantra "discover the key insight that affects consumer behaviour ". Viju has “people skills” embedded into his DNA, leading key client relationships including NBK, Ooredoo, Porsche and other major clients across the industry spectrum since joining BPG Kuwait in 2009. He applies his imagination and natural affinity for people to mentoring and training his growing team in Kuwait.

Viju graduated with a BComm from University of Kerala and has an MBA in Marketing and Advertising from Bharathiar University in India.
