Role:
As a PR Account Director, you will play a pivotal role within the agency, covering a broad remit of account development and overseeing delivery. As part of the account management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we understand the required client deliverables and provide a consistent level of service. You’ll be expected to develop partnership relationships with our clients, establishing credibility and becoming a trusted adviser. This could include leading a communications account, or supporting with a communications remit for integrated accounts. Whatever the brief, you’ll focus on client business objectives, being aware of industry and technology trends to support them. You’ll work closely with other members of the Comms account team and also help manage project execution as part of cross-functional teams that could include PR/Comms, strategists, data analysts, creatives, media, experience design, events, and technical deployment.

Responsibilities

You will be required to work across a wide range of subject areas, and at times stretch your comfort level in a supportive and dynamic team:

• Manage projects and account responsibilities, working as a team player
• Lead client communications, meetings, and workshops
• Set the strategic direction for client engagements and projects, maintain project vision while possessing a deep understanding of project details, identify and plan ideal solutions to meet clients’ business needs
• Proactively provide clients with strategic insight and problem solving on a consistent basis

Ideal Experience

Graphic Designer

Role:

The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites, books, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions and more.

Influencer Manager

Role:
As an Influencer Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing influencer marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement on social media platforms. Directly reporting to one of BPG’s Comms leaders this role will involve working across BPG’s client portfolio, as well as new business when required.
To deliver this, you will need to work closely with influencers, agents or third-party representatives (eg. influencer agencies) and social media platforms. You will need to find suitable influencers for each campaign, come up with a strategy that matches the brand’s vision and tone, and negotiate deals that benefit everyone involved. You will also track and analyze campaign success, adjust strategies as needed, and report back to account leads and clients.
The nature of social media is one that’s dynamic and constantly evolving. This means that a social media role too, will change along with industry trends and market forces. The candidate will therefore need to be flexible enough to ensure the social team is always relevant & innovative within the current market scenario. Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices is crucial to ensure campaigns are effective and innovative.

Responsibilities:
• Create, lead and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, encompassing content planning, audience targeting, and performance goals.
• Develop lasting relationships with key influencers, agents or third-party representatives (eg. influencer agencies) and negotiate deals or barter agreements for BPG’s clients.
• Define clear strategy and set influencer KPIs, monitor and adjust as required. Produce post-campaign reports with actionable recommendations & insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Management, Creative, Media and PR to align social media efforts with the clients’ overall business objectives.
• Develop crisis management protocols, working with BPG community managers, and handle sensitive situations or negative feedback with a solution-oriented approach.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends to explore innovative ways of reaching and engaging the target audience.

Skills/ Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in influencer management with at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
