Humanizing Transportation in Turkey
Challenge:
Uber encountered significant hurdles in Turkey, marked by a lack of awareness of its legitimacy and declining perceptions of its service quality. These challenges were exacerbated by complicated regulations and stiff competition from traditional taxi operators.
Solution:
We developed an impactful marketing campaign, spanning creative strategy, conceptualisation, directional executions, video production, out-of-home initiatives, and overall execution.The campaign aims to reshape public perception and raise greater awareness of Uber's offerings.
Our approach was unique, serving as a reminder that taxi drivers, like riders and customers, are human beings. Additionally, we added local insights and a reference to a classic 90s show called Bihter and Behlül.
The overall concept that even a couple with differing opinions can come together by choosing Uber for their taxi rides showcased how Uber can bring people together. This resonated with the audience, driving conversations and social media sharing.
