Amirreza Farhadi is a distinguished professional with over 15 years of experience. He is celebrated for his expertise in enhancing digital customer experiences (CX) across various sectors.

Prior to joining BPG UAE in 2023, Amirreza was an Associate Vice President of Business Operations at Havas CX Canada, where he successfully led projects in industries like banking, telecommunications, healthcare, and retail, collaborating with key clients such as BlackRock, TD Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Sun Life, TELUS and Rogers. Amirreza also has an extensive background in the Middle East, having held CX roles at Publicis Sapient and dentsu, where he served clients like Commercial Bank of Dubai, Dubai Financial Market, Ooredoo, STC, du, Philip Morris, Sony Mobile, and Qatar Airways. 

His passion for operations and commitment to excellence have established him as a highly valued leader. Holding a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering adds a unique dimension to his approach to business leadership.
